🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will orchestrate both direct market acquisition and team leadership:

• Market Expansion: Formulate and execute omni-channel business strategies to uncover local market opportunities and expand our footprint in Hong Kong.
• Wealth Strategies: Design tailored wealth preservation, legacy planning, and investment solutions for HNW/Professional Investors.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of young talents and Graduate Trainees, fostering a culture of excellence and high collaboration.
• Digital Client Engagement: Pioneer the deployment of hybrid A.I./Social media client acquisition models to optimize portfolio retention and customer journeys.

📋 Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of proven success in business development, wealth management, relationship management, or sales support.
• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Cantonese speaking skills are strictly required to manage local client networks, alongside proficient written English and Chinese.
• Licenses: Valid regulatory licenses (e.g., HKSI Paper 1) are highly preferred.
• Mindset: Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep interest in investment, technology and A.I.
• Eligibility: Permanent resident of Hong Kong or holder of a valid HKID allowing local full-time employment.
