Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in debt syndication, project finance, and financial advisory services. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with real estate developers, builders, banks, and financial institutions, along with the ability to source new business opportunities and successfully close financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on property developers and builders.
• Debt Syndication: Manage the end-to-end debt syndication process, from lead generation and financial assessment to deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction closure.
• Client & Banker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients, banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
• Deal Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate financing terms with clients and lenders to structure competitive funding solutions and ensure timely deal closure.
• Transaction Management: Proactively identify and resolve challenges arising during deal execution, documentation, and disbursement.
• Financial Analysis & Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage MIS reports, cash flow statements, CMA data, and other financial documents required for credit assessment and financing.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and advisory services to existing clients, strengthening relationships and maximizing business revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate financing trends, lending policies, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, debt syndication, project finance, or financial advisory.
• Preferred experience with a bank, NBFC, or financial advisory firm specializing in debt syndication.
• Strong network of real estate developers, builders, bankers, and financial institutions.
• Sound knowledge of project finance, structured finance, debt products, and lending processes.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including familiarity with CMA data, cash flow statements, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, work independently, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
