Manager Business Development - O&M

Role & responsibilities

To drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing new projects and service contracts, and expanding the organization's presence in existing and new markets. The role is responsible for lead generation, tender management, commercial negotiations, sales pipeline management, and achieving business development and revenue targets in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, tendering, or contract acquisition, preferably in Operation and maintenance and engineering services. Proven experience in client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and tender management. Understanding of industrial customer requirements, service contracts, pricing, and commercial terms. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to develop business plans, analyze market opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
