Manager - Business Development / Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales and New Business Development for CTTI and sales support for other SESG Global factories
• Generate Sales Strategy/Plan to meet revenue goals new business development
• Lead Sales Team and resposible for recruting new members
• Department Budget management
• Account receivable management
• Commercial Discussions/Quotations management/ Negotiation ( internal and external)
• Corporate presentation and engagement with customers /Biz Visits
• High level contact with key customers/ decision makers and effective CRM ( customer relationship management)
• Customer Agreements ( NDA, Biz agreement)
• Owership of commercial proposal /RFQ
• Market research, competiton analysis and database management
• HQ reporting and review

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• Business Development in Industrial, Automotive, New Energy and Consumer Segments , Corporate Presentation, Leadership , Commercial acumen, Team Player, Effective communication ( English Language)
• EMS Business Development experience prefered
• OEM customer contacts required
