Manager - Business HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to HQ leadership, aligning HR priorities with business goals

• Own attrition management, with focus on reducing regrettable attrition through targeted retention strategies

• Build a ready-now succession pipeline for critical HQ roles

• Drive managerial capability development across HQ through structured programs

• Own the OKR-based performance culture and goal-setting cadence across HQ functions

• Drive employee experience and engagement, including grievance resolution

• Ensure accurate, timely HR operations onboarding, appraisals, exits, and compliance

• Partner with central HR/L&D teams to execute people initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a generalist HR role 

• Proven experience managing attrition, succession planning, and performance management 

• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership

• Data-oriented, comfortable owning HR metrics and dashboards

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, HQ/corporate HR environment preferred
