Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and supporting franchisees and business partners across onboarding, account servicing, depository operations and client lifecycle management within the broking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle franchisee and business partner support activities.
- Manage Demat and Trading Account Opening
- Process onboarding requests with accuracy and compliance adherence.
- Handle KYC, CKYC, PAN, Bank, Nomination and client modification requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for partner query resolution and escalations.
- Process account closure, transmission, dematerialization and rematerialization requests.
- Handle DIS verification, pledge and unpledge activities.
- Provide process training and operational support to franchisees.
- Ensure adherence to CDSL, NSDL and regulatory guidelines.
