About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for Manager Cabin Crew, within Cabin Services - In-Flight Services in Doha.

In this role, you will be responsible to manage, observe, assess and ensure that the performance management of Cabin Crew is as per the Company standards, company image is maintained and guidance on performance and development opportunities to Cabin Crew is provided. Lead a team of Performance Managers and support the Senior Manager Cabin Crew Performance in strategic planning and execution of Cabin Services Division objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the performance of Cabin Crew on-board ensuring service, safety, language capability, grooming and the corporate image of Qatar Airways is represented consistently.

• Manage performance levels of the Cabin Crew and ensure that discipline for Cabin Crew is maintained by analyzing trends related to dependability, service and safety procedures. Ensure feedback is provided on any final decisions on Cabin Crew disciplinary issues and corrective action is provided in order to comply with Qatar Airways standards.

• Ensure any that all Cabin Crew related communication by key stakeholders and related Cabin Services Departments maintains focus on safety of all Passengers and Cabin Crew and maintains expected standards of Customer Services delivery in line with policies and standard operating procedures.

• Meet with the crew to follow up on performance and grooming issues and participate in investigations relating to non-compliance of operations, safety or service procedures. Collate, analyze, prepare feedback reports based on performance of Cabin Crew, and provide recommendations for contract renewals to the Senior Management review.

• Determine appropriate recruitment and selection criteria for prospective Cabin Crew and participate Recruitment and Assessment activities as an Assessor.

• Plan and strategize manpower development and aim to maintain Cabin Crew numbers as per requirements of the company.

• Ensure any changes to services, policies and procedures proposed and approved by key stakeholders are communicated to Cabin Crew in a timely manner to ensure and accurate and timely implementation of changes.

• Ensure key Performance indicators are established, implemented and communicated to all Crew and ensure that all crew meet current KPI's at the end of the final yearly evaluation and propose training in order to raise standards as required - liaise with relevant stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure that service standards are adhered.

• Appraise Crew performance to ensure that the department objectives, plans, procedures and practices are achieved; conduct coaching and training for Performance Managers based on requirements.

• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience, High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience.
