• Coordinate with university partners, campus POCs and Corporate teams for seamless execution.

• Drive cross-functional alignment, clear ownership and timely closure of dependencies.

• Manage escalations with urgency, maturity and effective communication.

Team Management & Accountability

• Lead and support campus/team POCs across candidate and partner operations. - Delegate responsibilities, track deliverables and drive timely execution.

• Review performance and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

Data, Performance & Reporting

• Track candidate, partner and operational metrics to monitor performance.

• Analyze trends and identify recurring issues, risks and improvement opportunities. - Drive regular reviews and maintain accurate dashboards, trackers and reports.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify recurring operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

• Standardize processes and drive consistent SOP adoption across teams and campuses.

• Continuously improve efficiency, TATs, candidate experience and partner satisfaction.
