Role Overview

The Clinical Manager for the Cardiac Service Line oversees clinical and operational aspects of patient care to ensure high-quality services.

They hold authority over patient care processes, staff supervision, work flows, policies, and procedures across multiple clinics and units, including cardiology, device clinics, outpatient sites, and hospital departments.

Key responsibilities include promoting clinical skill development, managing outcomes, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Montana RN License

• Current BLS certification and ACLS preferred

• At least 3 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty, with 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of quality outcome measures and clinical indicators

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing and in-depth cardiovascular nursing knowledge

• Lead clinical staff and ensure adherence to workflows and policies
• Drive quality outcomes and improve bedside practices
• Manage staff development, patient care standards, and operational workflows
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional patient service
