• Provide consulting services to corporate and financial institution clients in English, addressing their inquiries and offering professional support.
• Possess a solid understanding of online banking platform architecture, operations, and user permission design logic. Quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve online banking-related issues based on client descriptions. Provide guidance to clients on the use of online banking services.
• Understand cash management products offered by the bank and financial market. Identify client needs and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle business inquiries from corporate and financial institution clients in China and Hong Kong, received via telephone and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Requirements:
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Familiarity with online banking systems and user interface design, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Solid understanding of banking products, particularly in the area of cash management, and the ability to interpret and respond to client needs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance to clients.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate or institutional banking is a plus.
• Proficiency in using banking-related software and systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Cantonese speaking skill is preferred
