Manager Category Group

Be part of our community! These will be your responsibilities:

• Define and drive the category strategy for Fruits & Vegetables, aligned with business growth and profitability goals;
• Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and product positioning to improve category performance;
• Use market trends, customer insights, and business data to support decision-making;
• Monitor sales and financial results, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans;
• Support product innovation, private label development, and new product launches;
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sourcing teams;
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and contribute to long-term category development;
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement within Category Management.

You won't be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people. It’s necessary that you come up with:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Experience in FMCG, Purchasing, Category Management, Sales, or Project Management;
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or team coordination experience;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Advanced English level.
