What they need
Manage QA/QC activities in solar cell manufacturing.
Monitor quality, yield, efficiency & process defects.
Handle RCA, CAPA, 8D & continuous improvement
Manage internal/customer audits & ISO standards
Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA and Quality Systems
Required Candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical / Production
Experience in Solar Cell / PV manufacturing quality.
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, RCA, MSA and Six Sigma, ISO 9001
