Manager central Store and procurements

• Incharge for all project stores and assets
• Manage centralised procurement and store operations for all EPC projects.
• Plan and consolidate project-wise material requirements in line with BOQs, budgets, and project schedules.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and coordinate purchase order finalization.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor material procurement, inventory levels, stock movements, and project-wise material allocation.
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and reconciliation of materials.
• Control procurement costs, minimize wastage, avoid excess inventory, and optimize working capital.
• Coordinate with project, planning, engineering, QA/QC, MEP, finance, and accounts teams.
• Monitor long-lead materials, pending purchase orders, and critical supplies to prevent project delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records and submit periodic MIS reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approved budgets, quality standards, and authorization procedures.
• Lead the procurement and stores team to achieve operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
