Manager, CES Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, CES Operations to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will lead operational planning and execution for customer-facing programs that support a broad stakeholder community. The manager will translate priorities into clear action plans, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure readiness for key launches and events. It is a hands-on opportunity to drive service delivery, strengthen engagement, and improve operational effectiveness in a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,855 – $136,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple initiatives
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable operational plans and team assignments
• Monitor execution progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure operational readiness for product releases and customer-facing events
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for successful program execution
• Oversee engagement activities with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of related work experience
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated experience leading operational programs and customer engagement activities
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Experience in a matrixed environment and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
