What they need
More than 50 years ago a foundation was laid, with a vision for the future. To re-imagine the environments where Australians would live, work and grow. In this time, Mirvac has evolved from a small joint venture to a thriving ASX-listed property group, leading in sustainability, innovation, safety, and placemaking.
Mirvac has created some of Australia’s most iconic places, from thriving residential communities, to landmark offices and mixed-use precincts. At the heart of every project: a deep commitment to our customers, and an ambition to reimagine urban life.
Our opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Change & Technical Capability to play a key role in strengthening capability and performance across Asset Management. This role is all about empowering our people with the knowledge, skills, tools and support they need to perform at their best, while helping embed change and create more consistent ways of working.
Working across our Asset Management platforms and asset classes, you’ll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and turn them into practical, engaging solutions. From technical training and onboarding to knowledge management and change enablement, you’ll help build capability that makes a tangible difference to how our teams work.
You’ll lead the development of technical capability programs, learning pathways and resources that simplify complexity, preserve critical knowledge and accelerate readiness. You’ll also help strengthen our knowledge framework, leveraging existing AI use cases and tools to make information easier to access, share and apply.
As the business continues to evolve, you’ll support the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working through targeted training and capability initiatives. You’ll assess capability needs, measure impact and continually look for smarter ways to improve individual and team performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, creative and delivery focused, while contributing to a broader capability and transformation strategy.
Your point of difference
You’ll bring 5–8+ years’ experience across technical capability, knowledge management, business enablement, learning or training, with a strong track record of designing and delivering capability programs that improve how people perform.
You’re experienced in building onboarding frameworks, training pathways and practical learning resources, and know how to translate complex processes and technical information into content that is clear, engaging and easy to apply. You’ll also be confident conducting capability assessments and training needs analysis to identify where development will have the greatest impact.
You’ll bring strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders, subject matter experts and project teams. Experience applying change management approaches such as PROSCI and supporting broader business transformation will be highly regarded.
Experience within property, asset management, funds management or another operational environment would be advantageous, along with exposure to learning technologies, knowledge platforms, capability frameworks, adult learning principles, instructional design or communities of practice.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You’re practical, curious and collaborative, with the ability to connect the bigger picture with the tools, knowledge and capability our people need to succeed.
All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role, please still apply.
