Manager - Change Management, Outsourced Services

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Change Management, Outsourced Services to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will lead change management efforts tied to outsourced services and broader transformation initiatives, helping ensure adoption, sustainability, and strong execution across complex stakeholder groups. The manager will partner closely with leaders and project teams to build integrated change strategies that support business goals and guide teams through transition. The position also plays an important advisory role, bringing structure to governance, readiness, and measurable outcomes for change deliverables.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for outsourced services and transformation initiatives
• Develop integrated change strategies that address multiple stakeholder needs
• Advise leaders on the impact of transformation decisions and required actions
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments for various stakeholder groups
• Embed change management into project planning and governance from the start
• Define and report on measurable adoption and sustainability outcomes
• Guide clients through transitions while establishing quality standards for change deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6+ years leading change management or transformational initiatives
• 5+ years managing teams and driving change across complex projects
• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Agile, or comparable preferred
• Experience advising senior executives in a consulting environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital adoption tools
