Manager-Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Distributor Engagement & Follow-ups
• Regularly connect with onboarded partners/distributors to drive activity and deepen relationships
• Understand partner needs and identify opportunities for business growth
• Business Extraction & Sales Support
• Actively push product adoption and generate transactions from existing partners
• Support new partner activation and early-stage traction
• Transaction & Operations Management
• Ensure all transactions are executed smoothly on the platform
• Coordinate for timely settlement and resolve any operational issues
• MIS & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, partner activity, and performance
• Generate and share periodic MIS reports

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or client servicing (freshers with strong intent can be considered)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and fintech platforms
