Manager, CISO Program & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, CISO Program & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help drive cybersecurity program execution, operational discipline, and performance visibility across a broad portfolio of initiatives. You will partner closely with security leadership and cross-functional teams to support governance, reporting, budget planning, and the coordination of intake and dependencies. The position is well suited for someone who can bring structure to complex security work while helping leaders measure progress against strategic objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,300 – $196,790 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the CISO program strategy and monitor performance against objectives
• Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and establish goals
• Coordinate cybersecurity project intake requests and ensure proper documentation
• Manage cybersecurity project portfolios to track initiatives and dependencies
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide reporting materials
• Assist in budget development and financial management for the program
• Facilitate coordination across teams to support cybersecurity initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, or program operations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in cybersecurity project tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving
• Experience in managing cybersecurity portfolios and governance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
