Job Description in Brief

· ManageClient RA Billing and Subcontractor Billingas per actual work executed, BOQ, contract terms, approved drawings and specifications.

· Prepare, verify and submitRA Bills, Measurement Sheets, Abstracts, Rate Analysis and supporting documents**.**

· Coordinate withExecution, Survey and Planning teamsfor measurement and quantity verification.

· Coordinate withClient/PMCfor joint measurements, bill verification, certification and resolution of billing discrepancies.

· Trackbill submission, certification and payment realizationand maintain records of outstanding bills.

· Verify subcontractor bills againstWork Orders, BOQ, approved rates and certified measurementsand ensure applicable deductions/recoveries**.**

· MonitorBOQ quantities vs. executed and billed quantitiesand identify variations, overruns and billing gaps.

· Prepare and coordinateVariation, Extra Item, Escalation, Price Adjustment and other contractual claims**,** wherever applicable.

· Maintain proper reconciliation of advances, retention, recoveries, deductions and paymentsfor Client and Subcontractors**.**

· Preparebilling MIS and management reportscovering billing targets, actuals, certification, pending bills, claims and payment status.

· Lead and guide the billing team and coordinate withProject, Contracts, Accounts, Planning, Survey, Procurement and Execution teams**.**

· Ensure proper documentation and compliancewithcontractual, commercial, audit and company requirements**.**
