Manager, Client Data & Analytics Delivery (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Data & Analytics Delivery (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee end-to-end data delivery execution, ensuring client requests are translated into timely, high-quality outputs. The manager will serve as a key connector between business development, technical teams, and clients, helping align requirements, resolve delivery issues, and communicate technical findings in a clear, accessible way. This position also plays an important role in improving operational workflows, tracking customer issues, and building scalable processes that support growth and stronger service performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full management of data product deliveries to ensure timely execution
• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting delivery issues
• Facilitate communication between business development, tech teams, and clients regarding requirements
• Summarize technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Track customer-reported issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop quality and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and document scalable workflows to support business growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product delivery, data operations, or healthcare data management in a growth environment
• Experience scaling data operations and optimizing workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification and analysis
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT)
• Familiarity with API fundamentals and log file analysis
