Manager, Client Reporting & Analytics - US Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Reporting & Analytics - US Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

In this role, you will shape the strategy and delivery of reporting and analytics services that support commercial and medical operations in the life sciences sector. You will lead the development of scalable dashboards, automated reporting, and insight-driven solutions that help internal stakeholders and clients make informed decisions. This position also partners closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen data governance, improve self-service analytics, and enable more efficient use of complex data.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $161,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and operating model for reporting and analytics services.
• Lead development of dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and SQL.
• Build reusable reporting solutions for consistency and scalability.
• Translate complex life sciences data into actionable insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert during onboarding and executive readouts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data governance standards.
• Drive AI-enabled reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or a related field; master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
• 3+ years of experience in life sciences data analytics, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare.
• Experience managing analytics projects and reporting deliverables.
• Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial and medical operations.
