Manager Client Servicing Events

• Manage day-to-day client servicing activities for Government Ministries, PSUs, and

public sector clients across events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential

projects.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, production partners, and vendors to ensure

seamless execution of projects.

• Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, status reports, meeting minutes, and

execution schedules.

• Liaise with ministry officials, client representatives, venues, agencies, and vendors to

ensure smooth project delivery.

• Track project milestones, approvals, commercial documentation, billing

requirements, and vendor deliverables.

• Support proposal development, presentations, and tender documentation for new

and existing business opportunities.

• Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and

service quality.

• Candidates with prior experience in event, exhibition, or integrated communication

agencies handling government/public sector projects will be preferred.
