Manager, Clinical Data Manager Study Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Clinical Data Manager Study Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,800 – $187,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the data management (DM) efforts for multiple clinical studies across various stages
• Serve as the primary contact for clinical teams and external partners, acting as the bridge for data management tasks
• Ensure effective communication regarding data quality and project timelines with team members and CROs
• Oversee data transfers, SAE/AE reconciliation, and coding processes in collaboration with third-party sources
• Prepare and recommend improvements for data management processes and workflows
• Conduct regular status updates and provide metrics to the clinical study team (CST)
• Document oversight activities and ensure compliance with SOPs for all assigned studies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Science, or related field
• 7+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or health industries
• Experience with electronic case report form (eCRF) design and database management
• Strong understanding of data quality review and compliance protocols
• Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple complex studies simultaneously
