Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead cloud platform architecture and infrastructure engineering efforts that support a modern, secure, and scalable workplace environment. The manager will partner closely with business, security, and engineering stakeholders to align infrastructure investments with operational priorities and compliance needs. This position is focused on advancing automation, strengthening governance, and improving the reliability of cloud and workplace technologies across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $181,875 – $291,012 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud platform architecture and infrastructure engineering functions
• Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies
• Collaborate with business, security, and engineering teams to align infrastructure investments
• Drive infrastructure initiatives focused on automation and operational excellence
• Develop and implement frameworks to enhance security and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of recent relevant experience
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and governance frameworks
• Proven experience in infrastructure modernization, automation, and cloud-native technologies
