Manager - Cloud Foundation Services

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Cloud Foundation Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will oversee the day-to-day performance of a cloud services practice focused on reliable, scalable technical delivery. The role blends team leadership, service standardization, and presales partnership to strengthen offerings and improve outcomes for clients. You will work closely with sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to advance reusable frameworks and elevate the quality of technical execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the cloud services practice to ensure high-quality delivery
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for cloud foundation services
• Manage and mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers
• Own practice capability development across cloud foundation services
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts
• Monitor delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead creation and maintenance of reusable architectures and delivery frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams
• Strong understanding of the strategic direction for VMware Cloud Foundation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
