We're Hiring: Manager – Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for a Manager – Cloud Infrastructure to lead cloud infrastructure engineering and operations, drive platform reliability, strengthen cloud governance, and enable continuous improvement across enterprise technology platforms, including AI infrastructure capabilities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall technology experience , with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure or cloud operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent enterprise cloud platforms .
• Expertise in cloud reliability, high availability, security, governance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, production support, and critical incident management.
• Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, performance management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Experience

• Insurance, BFSI, Financial Services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Global Capability Centres (GCCs) or large-scale enterprise technology organizations.
• Kubernetes, container platforms, DevSecOps, SRE, and CI/CD practices.
• Cloud landing zones, IAM, cloud governance, and security frameworks.
• AI platform infrastructure and enablement.
• FinOps, ITSM, and cloud provider management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, FinOps, ITIL, or Kubernetes certifications are an added advantage.
