Manager, Cloud Services & Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Cloud Services & Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the cloud and infrastructure team
• Own strategy and operations for Microsoft Azure environment
• Direct administration and security of Microsoft services
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
• Oversee network operations including Ubiquiti and Palo Alto technologies
• Manage vendor partnerships and technology investments
• Collaborate with leadership on budget and cost strategies
• Lead cloud migrations and infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering
• 2+ years of leadership experience in cloud operations
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune
• Solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with managed service providers and external tech partners
