Duties

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a management role within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams toward common goals
• Strong management capabilities including planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey expectations and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in developing team members’ skills through coaching and mentoring is preferred
• Knowledge of operational processes relevant to the industry is advantageous but not mandatory
