Local fast food restaurant is seeking experienced managers.
Job Description Managers must have experience with restaurant management.
Managers need to be able to oversee daily operation, team leadership and financial performance. Including staffing inventory oversight and customer service.
Daily Supervise front of house and back of house activities to ensure smooth service.
Hire, train and build weekly shift schedules while controlling labor cost. Greet guest, monitor service quality and handle complaints professionally.
Inventory and Budgets, Enforce food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations. Managers must have strong leadership qualities. Experience with pos systems, inventory tools and scheduling software.
