Preferred candidate profile

Job Responsibilities

• Drive tyre sales across the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop dealer and distributor network.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers.
• Build strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, OEMs, agricultural customers, and industrial clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Lead and mentor Sales Officers.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 04 years of experience in tyre, lubricant, battery, automotive spare parts, tractor, commercial vehicle, or industrial product sales.
• Strong dealer network in Pune and nearby districts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
