Role Description The Manager role at Test is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring that team activities align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes planning and prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and addressing operational issues to maintain efficiency and quality. The Manager works closely with team members to provide guidance, resolve problems, and support professional growth, while also collaborating with other departments to coordinate projects and share information. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing performance metrics, contributing to process improvements, and communicating updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
