Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
• Oversee kitchen staff, catering team, and cloud kitchen operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant premises.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
• Proven track record in managing large teams (100+ employees) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud kitchen technology and its applications in food delivery services.
• Excellent team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
