Prerequisite:

• Complete and pass Manager Training Course
• Meet all prerequisites and job requirements of Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:

• Inspect 10 to 25% of cleans per day
• Provide cleaners with proper feedback
• Provide owner with timely feedback
• Exemplary communication skills

• Support management goals and objectives
• Facilitate regular staff meetings
