Career Path

Restaurant Manager

• Earn $65,000–$85,000

• Continuous service bonuses

• Additional $6,000 annual bonus for having a four-year degree

District Manager

• Oversees 2–3 restaurants

• Average promotion timeline: 1–2 years

Division Manager

• Oversees 6–9 restaurants

• Average promotion timeline: 3–5 years
