What they need

The Well blends intentional ingredients, local and sustainable sourcing and bold flavors in an eco-chic environment for a dining experience that redefines eating well.

We create scratch-made food made with responsibly sourced ingredients, focusing on quality proteins, healthy fats, and natural sugars.

We prove that better-for-you dining doesn't mean sacrificing flavor or hospitality—just the opposite.

The Manager supports the team in overseeing daily floor operations, guiding front-of-house staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as a bridge between frontline staff and department managers, ensuring service standards, operational efficiency, and wellness-focused hospitality are executed consistently during every shift.
