Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas in outbound sales.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve productivity and reduce attrition/shrinkage.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, TAT, productivity, and conversions.
• Implement effective sales strategies to improve revenue, conversion, and overall team performance.

 Job Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in the BPO / Call Centre industry.
• Strong experience in B2C Sales, Outbound Sales, or Telesales.
• Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from CRM, MIS, customer feedback, and performance reports.
• Good understanding of sales and customer service metrics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
