About the role

Operations Manager / Team Manager role involving leadership and coordination of customer service and business development teams, overseeing daily operations, and driving service quality and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate the daily work of Customer Service Officers and Business Development Executives, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
• Oversee and coordinate the company's overall daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service processes
• Assist in setting team targets, optimising workflows and service standards to enhance overall service quality and performance
• Guide and train subordinates to develop team professional capabilities and cohesion

About you

• Higher Diploma or above qualification
• Experience in team management or education-related management
• Experience in education or employment services is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and organisational abilities
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to handle emergencies independently
• Proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit
