Key Responsibilities

• Project management:
  • Ensure all project deliverables are being met as per the defined process, quality and compliance parameters.
  • Ensure that all programs meet fidelity to the ECHO model. Identify and resolve situations where fidelity to the ECHO model is compromised.
• Strategic planning:
  • Support the reporting head in overall strategic planning of projects.
  • Work with the reporting head to develop and draft project proposals for future partnerships.
• Partner relationship:
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Identify future possibilities for creating new programs.
  • Visit partner sites to strengthen relationships and share feedback, wherever required.
• Program Expansion:
  • Understand the current dynamics of the healthcare sector and identify opportunities for partnerships.
  • Follow up with potential partners and enable partner sign-up.
• People management:
  • Guide and mentor the team to build capability.
  • Provide regular support and feedback to team members to improve performance.
  • Ensure team retention and motivation.
• Support in conducting orientation and training of potential partners on ECHO model and essentials for launching a program.

Key Performance Indicators: (Measurable Aspects)

• 90% of all on-going programs to meet fidelity to the ECHO model
• Ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all programs launched
• Number of new partners on-boarded
• Partner feedback

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: BDS / BHMS; MPH / MHA / PGDHHM
• Experience: 10 - 12 years
• Language: English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability

• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Understanding of public health; government health sector and private health functioning
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong team management skills
• Conceptual thinking
• Analytical thinking
