Responsibilities

Manager overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, training and supervising staff, preparing staff schedules, planning catering services, coordinating with team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service, monitoring stock usage and operational budgets, managing telephone and delivery orders, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate financial and inventory records.
