Oversee inventory receiving, secure storage, counts, reconciliation, transfers, and discrepancy reporting

Monitor point-of-sale activity, cash handling, deposits, refunds, and daily reconciliation

Ensure required information is entered accurately in the patient registry and statewide seed-to-sale tracking system

Maintain complete operational, sales, inventory, training, personnel, and compliance records

Enforce security, privacy, access-control, sanitation, and product-handling procedures

Prepare for inspections and promptly report compliance, security, inventory, or diversion concerns

Partner with Compliance, Operations, Human Resources, and senior management

Required Qualifications

Active Alabama pharmacist license in good standing

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program

Management, supervisory, or pharmacist-in-charge experience strongly preferred

Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience with inventory systems, point-of-sale systems, cash controls, scheduling, and reporting

Ability to protect confidential information and work effectively in a highly regulated environment

Dependable attendance and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
