About the role

We're hiring a Manager in Training for our sales team. This is a fast-track role: you'll learn membership sales, team leadership, and club operations from the ground up, with a clear path to Sales Manager. We promote from within, and we move quickly on people who produce.

What you'll do

• Sell memberships — tours, presentations, follow-up, closing
• Hit and exceed individual monthly sales targets
• Learn to coach and hold a sales team accountable
• Run the front-end member experience: first impression through enrollment
• Work the phones, referrals, and outreach to keep the pipeline full
• Train under the Sales Manager on scheduling, reporting, and daily numbers

What we're looking for

• Sales experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or B2C — we'll teach the industry)
• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with a number on your back
• Available nights and weekends — that's when members walk in
• Reliable transportation and a professional presence
• Leadership ambition; this is a management track, not a sales seat

Compensation

• Base salary of $17/hr plus uncapped commission
• Realistic first-year earnings: $60k-$80k
• Free membership, benefits, and promotion to Sales Manager based on performance, not tenure
