About the role

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned department or function, ensuring that targets, policies, and organizational objectives are consistently achieved. The role involves planning and coordinating activities, managing resources, monitoring team performance, and implementing effective processes to maintain productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• At least 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Experience in performance monitoring and achievement of KPIs
• Knowledge of process improvement and operational management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
• Willing to work onsite and travel when required
