We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities while ensuring service standards

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise both front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training alongside HR.
• Monitor restaurant performance and suggest operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
