• Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience required
• As a manager you will supervise the operations of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis
• Must be self-reflective and hold self accountable
• Must have experience focusing on labor standards, food costs, and other operational expenses
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment
• Organized
• Critical thinker
• Problem solver
