What they need
The Lifestyle Head is a key strategic leader responsible for managing the entire Lifestyle Portfolio of Ropali, which includes Lifestyle branches, corners, and dealer management. The role covers overall strategy, operational oversight, revenue growth, and customer engagement. It also includes the development of new lifestyle products, events, and programs while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Expertise in event planning and project management.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Minimum 10 years in managerial roles handling business operations (preferably in motorcycle, automotive, or related industries).
- At least 5 years of experience in lifestyle branding, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and event execution.
- Knowledgeable in Lambretta units is an Advantage.
- Experience in Motorcycle Dealer and Automotive is an Advantage.
