Duties

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and POS system management
• Developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote a collaborative work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with a focus on sales team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management techniques, and operational procedures
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, customer service excellence, and shift management
• Previous assistant manager experience or supervisory experience is preferred
• Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling is advantageous
