Job Summary

Coco and the Director is seeking a dependable, organized, and team-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and support a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, be comfortable coordinating team members and operational tasks, and be able to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for guests
• Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, and daily coverage
• Monitor service quality and operational standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily procedures
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and product availability
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Monitor POS operations, cash handling, and daily transactions as applicable
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Communicate operational needs and staffing concerns to ownership or senior management
• Help maintain company policies and workplace procedures
• Complete administrative tasks, reports, and checklists as required
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service
• Perform additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous management, supervisory, hospitality, retail, or service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to follow company procedures and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling is a plus
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
• Ability to multitask and make decisions during busy periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous manager, assistant manager, or supervisor experience
• Experience training and supporting team members
• Strong guest-service and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
