Duties

• Supervise daily food preparation, cooking, and serving activities to ensure top-quality offerings and efficient service
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members including servers, bartenders, cooks, and baristas to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and bar areas
• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies to prevent waste and optimize costs
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to plan menus, special events, and promotional activities that enhance guest satisfaction
• Provide training on food production techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold the establishment’s reputation for hospitality

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with team management responsibilities
• Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on skills in food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and hospitality services
• Strong culinary background with knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
• Experience working in hotel or barista settings is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate a team
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
