Jimmy John's is unlike any other sandwich chain in the country; we specialize in Super-Fast, High-Volume sandwich execution with DELIVERY! NO MINIMUM ORDER. You will be part of a team producing sandwiches in 30 seconds or less and specialize in delivering small, medium, and HUGE orders to the surrounding area! Our high-speed execution has earned us the reputation of "Subs So Fast You'll Freak!"

The Managers in Training will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. MITs are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service. We will teach you how!!

We train our managers to be effective at:

1. Managing food and labor costs.
2. High speed accurate order execution.
3. To be the most effective restaurant operator in your area.
4. Taking control of your own life and living it to its maximum potential.

Managers must add to the culture by leading the team by their own example. High integrity is absolutely critical and you must be willing to work harder than everyone else in order to garner trust, credibility and loyalty.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
