Manila polyclinic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, high-quality patient care, and efficient coordination between departments. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic licensing requirements.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of medical and office supplies.
• Handle patient complaints, inquiries, and ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Coordinate maintenance of the clinic's equipment and facilities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the clinic’s reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
